Registration deadline and information:
Early registration is 10th March 2026, late registration until 30th March, and the cancellation deadline is 2 April.
Registration fees, prices (including 12% VAT):
All prices are in NOK, and registration fee in non-refundable. Approximate amounts in POUNDS will depend on the exchange rate at the time of payment. (Local bank fees may apply).

Please note, that you will have to register for each day and for dinner Day 1 separetely, by choosing Day 1 and Day 2 lunch options, and for dinner to be sustainable and avoid food waste. Dinner will take pace at Titanic museum.

Although registration fee is non-refundable, if for some reason you cannot attend, date for withdrawing yourself from registration is 2nd April. Please contact us at your earliest to give people in waiting list a chance to attend.
We will be hosting dinner on day 1 at Titanic museum, Belfast.
Accommodation
Please book individual hotel accomodation at your earliest. The committee did not have the possibility of reserving hotel rooms.
The abstract submission will close: February 6th.
The 2026 meeting will take place at Queens University, Belfast, Ireland.
Note that we are changing the scope of the TriNation meetings and include all viruses affecting heart.
For the 2026 TriNation meeting, we invite industry representatives or scientists to submit abstracts on current research updates on viruses affecting heart. We especially encourage presentations on experiences from industry regarding biosecurity and control strategies for handling the infections and diseases in the field. All new and relevant research regarding the three diseases and their agents are welcome.
In case more abstracts are submitted for oral presentation than can be accommodated in the program, the steering committee will choose those that are suitable for the program, and other abstracts will be offered to present as posters.

Please keep in mind that this is a fora for exchange of knowledge between industry and scientific research, and thus the presentations should be accordingly. It is important that most of the presentations are made available to be uploaded to the website post-conference.
