Steering committe thanks everyone for your contribution to make the 2026 TriNation meeting in Belfast such a great event!

20th Jubilee was organised at such a lovely venue of Riddel Hall, Queens University, with icing on the top – dinner at iconic venue of Titanic Belfast.

All participants appreciated the Ceili dance performance and joining in later with great help from the professionals.

A special thanks to local committee Susie Mitchell, Samantha White and Paul Savage with all the local organisation, and to Dr Marian Mcloughlin and Dr Micheál O Cinneide for giving us persepective of how this initiative started and has become an important fora for improvement of heart diseases in salmonids.

Directions: The Riddel Hall Campus is serviced by Metro bus routes 8A & 8D, please use the Ridgeway Street stop. Both depart from Donegall Square East beside City Hall and run via Great Victoria Street, past the Lanyon Building, and along the Stranmillis Road, before reaching Riddel Hall. The bus stop is directly outside the main Riddel Hall campus entrance.

1. Oral presentation:
   • Presentation time is 15 minutes (prepare for 14 minutes to give time for exchange). Discussions and questions will be taken at the end of the session.
   • Remember to upload your presentation in the folder – link sent to you before the deadline.
   • Please bear in mind that this NOT a scientific meeting of peers, rather a fora for exchange of knowledge between Industry and academia and that presentations should take this into consideration.  It is important that most of the presentations are made available to be uploaded to the website post-conference.
2. Poster presentation: Please print out and bring a standard poster size.

Few of the delegates had problems registering during last days, so registration is extended.

There are 7 available spots and deadline is 10th April 1200 hrs CET time. Registration will close as soon as the available spots are taken.

In case you have registered, but might not be able to attend, please let us know at your earliest, so we can order catering accordingly, and avoid food waste.

Registration fees, prices (including 12% VAT):

All prices are in NOK, and registration fee in non-refundable. Approximate amounts in POUNDS will depend on the exchange rate at the time of payment. (Local bank fees may apply).

• 1-day participation: approx. £50 = 700 NOK
• 2-day participation: approx. £100 = 1400 NOK

Late registration, March 17 – 30th

• 1-day participation: approx. £70 = 950 NOK
• 2-day participation: approx. £140 = 1900 NOK

Please note, that you will have to register for each day and for dinner Day 1 separetely, by choosing Day 1 and Day 2 lunch options, and for dinner to be sustainable and avoid food waste. Dinner will take pace at Titanic museum.

Tentative time for meeting, timings might change:

• 16th April: Registration 08.45 – 09.30 hrs, meeting starts 09.30 hrs – ends 16.45 hrs
• 17th April: Registration 0830 – 09.00 hrs, Meeting starts 0900 hrs – ends 15.00 hrs.

Although registration fee is non-refundable, if for some reason you cannot attend, date for withdrawing yourself from registration is 2nd April. Please contact us at your earliest to give people in waiting list a chance to attend.

We will be hosting dinner on day 1 at Titanic museum, Belfast.

Please book individual hotel accomodation at your earliest. The committee did not have the possibility of reserving hotel rooms.
