A gentle reminder to all: check if you need E-visa or visa and organise it in good time.

  • Date: 16th April – 17th April
  • Venue: Riddel Hall, Queens university, 185 Stranmillis Road, Belfast BT9 5EE

Directions: The Riddel Hall Campus is serviced by Metro bus routes 8A & 8D, please use the Ridgeway Street stop. Both depart from Donegall Square East beside City Hall and run via Great Victoria Street, past the Lanyon Building, and along the Stranmillis Road, before reaching Riddel Hall. The bus stop is directly outside the main Riddel Hall campus entrance.

Schedule for the two days:

  • 16th April: Registration 08.45 – 09.15 hrs, meeting starts 09.15 hrs – ends 16.40 hrs
  • 17th April: Coffee 08.30 – 08.45 hrs, Meeting starts 08.45 hrs – ends 15.00 hrs.

Dinner 16th April at 18.45 hrs, Titanic Belfast

To our presenters: 

  1. Oral presentation:
    • Presentation time is 15 minutes (prepare for 14 minutes to give time for exchange). Discussions and questions will be taken at the end of the session.
    • Remember to upload your presentation in the folder – link sent to you before the deadline.
    • Please bear in mind that this NOT a scientific meeting of peers, rather a fora for exchange of knowledge between Industry and academia and that presentations should take this into consideration.  It is important that most of the presentations are made available to be uploaded to the website post-conference.
  2. Poster presentation: Please print out and bring a standard poster size.
