The registration for the 2024 TriNation meeting is now open here.

The deadline for registration is 5th April 2024. Registration is binding due to capacity limitations.

Please note, that you will have to register for each day and dinner on Day 1 separetely by choosing Day 1 and Day 2 lunch options, and for dinner.

Venue: The meeting will be held at Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg, Bergen.

Directions: Venue is accesible from Bergen airport with public transport (Bybanen). From airport it takes 7 min with Bybanen (5 stops), get off at the stop Sandslivegen, and a 1 km walk (approx 14 minutes) to the hotel.

Tentative time for meeting – timings might change:

• 24th April: Registration 09.30 – 10.30 hrs, meeting starts 10.30 hrs – ends 17.00 hrs
• 25th April: Registration 09.00 – 09.30 hrs, Meeting starts 0930 hrs – ends 14.00 hrs.

For 2024 meeting we have limited possibility of hosting only 100 delegates, so please note that registration is binding. If for some reason you cannot attend, the date for withdrawing yourself from registration is 12th April. Please contact us at your earliest to give people on the waiting list a chance to attend. Due to capacity limitations, commercial companies can register a maximum 3 delegates in addition to presenters.
We will be hosting dinner on day 1 at the venue, please tick the box if you will join for dinner.

Accommodation
We have reserved up to 40 rooms for 23rd-24th, and 90 rooms for 24th-25th at the conference venue with a conference price of 1340,- NOK per night. The hotel reservation with the room rate is only valid until 5th April.
